For your patients and clients I offer -
Is your patients' or clients' recovery and return to performance not progressing as expected, despite appropriate treatment?
I have specialised clinical experience in troubleshooting persistent presentations, particularly in challenging conditions of the pelvis, hip, spine, shoulder and head, providing a second opinion and actioned treatment plans. I provide detailed communication and collaborate with you and other heath care practitioners in your patient's team.
I offer "Bring My Instructor" consultations for the health practitioner alongside their athlete/client, taking a deep dive in to shared knowledge of understanding of mechanisms underlying pain, limited performance, or delayed return to sport, and how this relates to any modifications and progressions recommended in the athlete's/client's program. This education filled time makes use of tools such as video analysis, real time ultrasound, anatomical models, and 3D anatomy apps. I share knowledge from the most recent research evidence, with links and summaries.
I am a graduate of the ISM, an internationally recognised and evidence-based framework for patient-centred, whole person assessment and management. Decades of clinical experience, skills and contemporary knowledge are organised using this model for optimal clinical reasoning and treatment.
I am a passionate educator and life-long learner, experienced in coordinating and sharing knowledge via inservice programs, workshops and courses with a range of health professionals and practitioners. Please contact me for solutions tailored to your needs.

Consideration of the entire body from a whole person perspective, based on clinical expertise, research, and the globally recognised Integrated Systems Model, going beyond diagnosis to discover underlying problems, creating an opportunity for long lasting recovery. Decades of clinical experience, skills and contemporary knowledge are organised based on the Integrated Systems Model for optimal clinical reasoning and treatment incorporating body and mind.
A patient-centred approach, considering the personal goals of each individual, their unique movement and loading habits, and how their own neural pathways experience this. Specific underlying problems are addressed, and this - combined with research evidence in differentiation/diagnosis of conditions - enables treatment and rehabilitation to be targeted to each individual, avoiding ineffective recipe-based, cookie cutter management.
Patients are empowered with self-efficacy, through clear explanation, planning, and education - based on their personal goals. Going further, the relationship between the patient and their existing trusted health professionals/practitioners is leveraged for faster recovery and optimisation of performance. Communication (in-person, email, photography, video) creates a collaborative team working together for better patient outcomes. Professional education sessions and programmes are offered for individuals and organisations, online and in-person.
